1. Company information

www.citygolf.com is provided by City Golf Europe AB with Org number 556467-1708. Information and images on the website are owned by the company or partner and may not be copied without permission.

 

2. Prices
Each item is listed either with VAT included or VAT excluded in Swedish Kroner or Euro, customer´s choice. In the cart you can see the total price including all taxes, such as VAT, shipping and payment.

 

3.1 Payment
Payment is made through the selected payment method at checkout. The payment method is provided by Bambora together with partners and Klarna.

 

3.2 Card payment
Payment is accepted by Visa, MasterCard and Maestro. Payment of your debit card takes place immediately.

 

4. Shipping & Shipping Methods
Shipping price is variable depending on which products are purchased and determined by weight, length, volume. We ship your goods with DHL, Postnord or other local shipping companies.


4.2 Deliveries
Orders placed before 12.00 are processed the same day and are usually shipped within 1-3 days. Delivery will be made directly to the address you have specified at the time of purchase. During the holiday periods between June and August, the delivery time may be slightly longer.

4.3 Damaged goods and complaints
When getting your goods it's important that you check so the goods are not damaged or incorrect. Should the product be incorrect or damaged contact us as soon as possible by e-mail. 

A 1-year warranty period applies to all purchased products from the webshop.

5. Privacy, Security & Personal Information
In connection with your order, you agree that City Golf Europe AB stores and uses your information. We do this to fulfill our commitments to you. We also document all communications we have with you via email, this to provide the service you expect from us. City Golf Europe AB will not disclose your personal information to third parties. According to the Personal Data Act, you have the right, once upon a year, to receive the information we have registered about you. We reserve the right to use your email for state marketing and newsletters.

7. Cookies
A cookie is a text file sent from a webpage to your computer where it is stored either in memory (session cookies) or as a small text file (text-based cookies). Cookies are used to store e.g. login information or your shopping cart when browsing around different websites. If your browser is set to not accept cookies, you will not be able to place an order on our site. You can easily change this under settings in your browser. Please note that we do not use cookies to save personal information about you.  

8.1 Force Majeure
Force Majeure such as war, extensive labor dispute, blockade, fire, environmental disaster, serious contagion or other extent that a party has no control over which prevents a party from fulfilling its obligations and releasing a party from it. Such exemption applies, provided that the activities can not be carried out under these conditions. The counterparty shall be immediately informed of circumstances that may apply this provision.

8.2 Changes to Contract Terms
After the customer has completed a purchase, the Sales Company is not entitled to change the terms of the current purchase unless otherwise agreed. 

8.3 Complaints
Have customer complaints, these can be done through our account methods as you will find at the bottom of this page.

8.4 Disputes & laws
Swedish law shall apply to all purchases under these terms and conditions. Dispute of purchase under these terms and conditions shall be exclusively investigated by the Swedish General Court.
